  13. Symptom:      After restricting rights, users are still able to view 
  14.               (and possibly delete) the Open right.  This causes file 
  15.               access problems.

  17. Problem:      If Mac workstations are still using old versions of the 
  18.               NetWare Control Center (NCC) or the NetWare DA it will 
  19.               allow users to view and delete rights.

  22. Work-around:  Make sure all clients are using the current version of NCC 
  23.               and DA v2.1.
